ABOUT THE FIRM

MARTIN BOOZER

Martin has roots in Austin.  He never left.

 

Coach Bib Falk gave him an athletic scholarship to pitch at the University of Texas.

An elbow injury interrupted his baseball career.  His undergraduate education focused

on accounting and finance.

 

Martin graduated from UT Law School is 1968. He is board certified in family law

by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

 

Martin has been a writer and speaker in his area of specialization.  He enjoys mentoring

young lawyers, often helping them to prepare for trial.

 

The gratitude of former clients has always been his greatest reward.

 

KELLY YOUNGBERG

Kelly grew up Waxahachie, Texas.  After high school, she attended the University of

Mary-Hardin Baylor. During that time, Kelly worked for the Bell County District Clerk.

She then moved to Dallas and worked for a Board Certified Family Law Specialist.

 

In 1999, Kelly moved to Austin and continued her legal career with the firm of Boozer & Maples.

She is one of the most experienced legal assistants in family law currently working in Austin.

 

Kelly understands the responsibilities of parenting.  She is the mother of two.  Her daughter is a

freshman at the College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, New York.

Her son is a sophomore in high school.
